Kavlico is Accepted into the Meggitt Aircraft Braking Systems Corporation’s Certified Supplier Program

MOORPARK, Calif. – Kavlico, a global business unit of Custom Sensors & Technologies (CST), was deemed a certified supplier by Meggitt Aircraft Breaking Systems (MABS®) as a result of Kavlico’s excellent quality system. The quality award was presented in August for Kavlico’s Pedal Position Transducers. These non-contacting, all-stainless steel constructed, single-channel LVDT’s have a sleeve-over-sleeve design for telescopic movement.

These robustly designed, highly accurate sensors are packaged into Meggitt’s Flight Deck Brake Control Assemblies which are then installed on regional jets such as the CASA 295 and the Saab 2000 as well as business jets such as the Dassault Falcon 7X & Gulfstream G200 and G300/400, and the Hawker 4000.

MABS is one of the leading aircraft braking system suppliers, with facilities on both sides of the Atlantic, and in Asia. MABS provides aircraft braking equipment for commercial transport, business aviation and military aircraft.
