MOORPARK, Calif. – In a short 10-year span of leadership experience, Chuck Treadway has an impressive record of growing international companies and increasing his scope of responsibilities. An accomplished corporate strategist, his vision, energy and business savvy has driven notable enterprise growth in the industrial and automotive product sectors.
Offering a rare blend of sales, organizational and financial strengths, Chuck has achieved exciting sales growth in both new and existing marketplaces. His strategic approach to growing a business is reflected in his work as President and CEO of Prettl International. His focus on structuring the corporate and plant staff to create a teamwork atmosphere while driving the sales channel to targeted opportunities lead to a tripling of the business revenue in three years.
Chuck Treadway’s exceptional track record of business improvement is based upon his philosophy of enterprise engagement in positive change and innovation. He is known for his ability to quickly identify and diagnose sales and growth impediments that include sales, marketing, organizational structure, product lines and service levels. As President of the Latin American Division of Yale Security, Chuck utilized these skills and in two years increased sales 55%, improved the customer service levels two fold, and brought a negative cash flow into a solid positive position.
Mr. Treadway has just been appointed to the leadership position of a global sensor company that is one of the top three sensor manufactures in the world. This new enterprise was created by the acquisitions of custom sensor manufacturing companies by Schneider Electric. A firm where Chuck, earlier in his career, lived and managed the low voltage panel and busway business in China and Southeast Asia for 2 and 1/2 years.
Chuck received his MBA from Harvard, his MS in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University and his BS from the University of Louisiana.
