CST brings together a total of eleven brands under one corporate umbrella addressing three distinct markets; Transportation, Industrial, and Aerospace & Defense. CST’s product base is primarily centered around sensors, controls, and actuation products.

Four of these industry-leading brands specifically market to the transportation sector with emphasis on the automotive and off-highway markets. Kavlico, Crouzet, BEI Duncan Electronics, and Systron Donner Automotive provide a broad portfolio of products including pressure and fluid level sensors, inertial sensors, and position sensors for safety, powertrain & emissions, and body & chassis system applications.

These four brands can now go to market with a diverse set of technologies and capabilities in order to address the ever-changing product specifications of the transportation sector.

Kavlico offers pressure and fluid level sensors for MAP, BAP, EGR, engine oil and fuel pressure, exhaust pressure, DPFE, tire pressure monitoring, adaptive suspension, ABS Hydraulic brake pressure, coolant, water and hydraulic pressures, media quality, tilt, and other specialty sensors for high volume OEMs.

Crouzet offers a line of micro-switches for applications such as electric window and airbag control, seat adjustment, vanity mirror position, convertible tops, door and trunk latches, steering column position and more.

BEI Duncan Electronics offers a wide line of position sensors for seat belt tension, electronic throttle control, brake and clutch pedal position, steer-by-wire, and transmission torque sensing as well as a host of others.

Systron Donner Automotive offers inertial sensors (rate of rotation and rate and acceleration sensor clusters) for safety applications such as roll stability Control (RSC), lane keeping, intelligent cruise control, collision warning and avoidance, air bag deployment, and side impact restraint detection.
