Kavlico's High Pressure GDI Sensor Optimizes Engine Performance

Kavlico's Gasoline Direct Injection (GDI) pressure sensor utilizes a thin film titanium oxynitride (TiON) isolated sense element. Rugged by design, this sensor has a small footprint and is capable of measuring pressures up to 3,000 (for GDI applications) and up to 40,000 psi (for Diesel Direct Injection - DDI - applications). The sensor can be custom configured with a variety of pressure ports, electrical connections and output formats.

Kavlico's In-cylinder Pressure Sensor Optimizes Engine Combustion & Increases Fuel Efficiency

Kavlico's In-cylinder pressure sensor utilizes a thin film titanium oxynitride (TiON) sense element in an all-welded, hermetically sealed, stainless steel housing. The robust package design is ideally suited for hostile environments. Pressure ranges are available from 0-200 through 0-300 Bar. The sensor assists with the timing and delivery of the fuel by providing accurate pressure information to the Engine Control Unit (ECU) to control fuel injection pulses, enhance combustion, control, and manage cylinder pressure while reducing gaseous and particulate emissions - all the while improving fuel consumption.

Crouzet Brushless Motor Provides an All-in-One Solution for Programmable Motion Control Applications

Crouzet's Motomate Brushless Motor provides convenient and easy programmability. Designed with an integral controller, this Motomate provides an all-in-one solution for a wide range of applications where programmable movement of simple mechanisms is required. Typical uses include automatic doors and door lifts, access barriers, intelligent conveyor systems, robotic swimming pool cleaners, and machine subassemblies. The motomate incorporates a Crouzet Millennium 2 controller, brushless motor drive, motor, and gearbox in a compact 2-1/2" x 6" package.

Kavlico Signs on Allied Electronics to Distribute Industrial Sensors

Kavlico has recently signed an agreement with Allied Electronics of Fort Worth Texas to distribute a selection of their field-proven industrial pressure sensors. Allied has 55 sales branches throughout the US and Canada, and this broad network will enable Kavlico to reach a new segment of the industrial market looking for quick delivery of high accuracy, rugged pressure sensors in low volumes.
